Travel the Universe

Last night, I traveled to the universe.
I saw the cosmos in its whole.
I touched the planets.   I tasted the stardust in the sky.
Lucy stood in front of me, diamond jewelry covering her every inch.  She stood on a cloud in the bright night sky under the dark moon, her hand held out.  I took her hand.  It was warm and soft.  She led me through the strawberry fields and across the orange acres.
Everything sparkled.  Everything moved.  Like water, flowing, glistening, moving along its mystic path

Irreverence is golden Last night was one of those nights that leave you wondering if it were just a dream the morning after. It was an adventure completely of out of the norm, and yet so natural and comfortable at the same time. A night with no purpose or set agenda.
It started with heels stomping down the cobble and marble. Bodies darting through crowds. Senses overloaded with the light and sounds and smells. Light touches in the scene. Subtle looks between people. Talking and sharing like we weren't going to walk o Irreverence is golden

Material     It was not like the others.
     It felt cold and intruding.
     Instead of feeling an overwhelming sense of euphoria -- a warmness that seemed to dance among my nerves -- I felt only the looming presence of it.  Near me, in me, on me, it moved as if there were a great ocean in my veins.  It flowed and ebbed and came in crashes upon my senses.

One night     It was only one night.  Just one night, that's all.  And it ended up with me in what we all like to call the looney bin.
     Maybe I should start at the beginning for you.
     I'd had this crush on a girl for a while.  Not a big one, but she was pretty and she had a cute little German accent that made her pronounce things with a childish tone.  I swear, as long as she said "danke" I would bow to her.  Okay, maybe not.  But you get the picture.

Spring break. Finally.

Gave blood on Friday -- my first time. It made me happy. I felt like a humanitarian or someone that actually gave a flying fuck about other people. It's nice to pretend once in a while.

Registered for 2 AP tests -- Psych and English Language.

Going to semi-finals for the drama scholarship -- going to compete for $12,000.

Have a lot of homework to do and a lot of money that needs to be made.

Aside from that, I had fun. Went to a party. Sleeping well.

Kind of torn with some stuff -- there's always drama, y'know?

I'm a little delusional and hopeful with some things, as is my nature. All I want is for the world to work out in the end and prove it all worthwhile. And prove me honest (I know that makes no sense, but it does to me and that's all that matters). Trying to follow Jeanette and Allen's advice -- they know what they're talking about and I don't know what the hell I'm doing. Seems like a good idea if I listen.

PS: I fail at making pancakes. But only with outdated pancake mix.
